A personal Pilates session is ideal for beginners and those who want to take their health and fitness to the next level as quickly as possible. Julie will begin by developing a customized workout plan that takes into account your current fitness level, health concerns, and your fitness goals. You’ll discover that a customized workout program, coupled with Julie’s guidance and expertise, will have you feeling better, looking toned, and breathing easier in no time! A private session lasts for 55 minutes.
